The Challenge

Public affairs assignments generally require maximum impact in a confined period of time. In the weeks preceding the 2014 Hawaii general election, agriculture-related Constitutional Amendment 2 faced significant public misperception. Anthology immediately conducted formative research to inform a comprehensive earned and paid media campaign, incorporating grassroots outreach, proactive and reactive media relations, direct mail, and a website, along with evaluative research to measure traction. Amendment 2 subsequently passed with a vote of 50.2 percent.
