Marketing Research Analyst


Position Summary:

The Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, reporting and insights to support clients’ research objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Synthesizes and integrates large amounts of data into compelling, concise deliverables that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings.
  • Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings.
  • Participates in research design and analysis planning sessions.
  • Interacts with client services staff on research projects.
  • Keeps abreast of most recent analytical, statistical and marketing science innovations and trends.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • High level of curiosity to uncover trends and insights from data.
  • Knowledge and understanding, or desire to learn, question and questionnaire design.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Mid to advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in professional field.
  • Practical market research/client experience with applied knowledge of advanced statistical and analytical techniques used in quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of SPSS, SAS or other advanced statistical analysis software is preferred.
