Hawaiian Telcom’s investment in infrastructure has transformed the local company into Hawaii‘s Technology Leader, with more than a half-billion dollars of capital devoted to its next-generation fiber network and systems. Formative studies by Anthology Research were vital to our branding of Hawaiian Telcom as provider of the state’s broadest portfolio of products and services designed to help Hawai'i businesses via customized solutions.
The subsequent Smart Business campaign delivered for our client. Marketing efforts encouraged people to place a phone call. Telephone leads increased by 10 percent. New security products saw a healthy increase in sales. Managed Services revenue grew by 22 percent year-over-year.
Driven by increasing customer demand for higher bandwidth services and integrated communications solutions, next-generation services represented 31 percent of business revenue in the period following the campaign — up from 29 percent the prior year.
